Alda Carbon steel Cookware is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Normal wear & tear, plastic handles, knobs, rubber parts are not covered under this warranty. The cookware must have been used as per the instructions mentioned for domestic use only. In the event of any manufacturing defect arising the complete cookware must be brought to the nearest service centre along with this warranty card and the bill of purchase. If all the conditions are adhered to and a defect is found the cookware will be repaired or replaced as the case may be at the discretion of the company. This is a carbon steel wok and bound to rust, which is not covered under warranty.
