  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service issues, or customs.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • We offer free standard shipping within 5 kms of our store.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
  • If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us  with your order number and tracking information. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow a few days for investigation.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
